In the Interest of N.G.M., K.R.M., M.R.M., E.R.M., and D.R.M., Minor Children

Trial court: 315th District Court of Harris County, Trial court case number: 2022-01674J.

MEMORANDUM ORDER

Sarah Beth Landau, Judge.

On August 1, 2024, the Court abated this appeal for appointment of new appellate counsel for E.F.R.G., Father. On August 12, 2024, the Court received the appearance of new counsel, Chris Branson, for E.F.R.G. via a motion for extension of time to file E.F.R.G.'s appellant's brief.

We reinstate the appeal and grant E.F.R.G.'s motion for extension of time. E.F.R.G.'s appellant's brief is due on or before September 11, 2024. Because this Court must dispose of appeals from the termination of parental rights on an expedited basis, further extensions of this deadline will not be granted absent extraordinary cause.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to list Chris Branson as counsel of record for E.F.R.G. in this appeal.

It is so ORDERED.
