ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING
The application for rehearing of Nova Chemicals, Inc. ("Polysar") is denied. The duty and liability of Polysar was not determined solely by the ownership of the butadiene, or by any other single factor, but by the several factors discussed in our opinion on original hearing.
