AGREED ORDER RESOLVING CLAIMS OF MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE


This matter is before the Court on the Debtors' Omnibus Objection to Unsecured Priority and Administrative Claims and Motion for Allowance and Disallowance of Claims. From signatures of counsel below it appears to the Court that the Debtors and the Missouri Department of Revenue have resolved all issues regarding the proofs of claim filed by the Missouri Department of Revenue and

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all claims filed by the Missouri Department of Revenue have been satisfied and no additional amounts are owed by the Debtors to the Missouri Department of Revenue on account of any claims filed in this case.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon this agreement that all proofs of claims are satisfied, the Debtors' objections to the claims of the Missouri Department of Revenue are withdrawn.
