ORDER

PER CURIAM

On December 10, 2024, relators filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus, stating the discovery issue raised in this original proceeding is now moot.

After considering the motion to dismiss, we GRANT the motion and DISMISS as MOOT relators' petition for writ of mandamus.

It is so ORDERED.
