This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2023-CI-02853, in the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Marialyn Barnard, presiding.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On August 22, 2024, relators filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief. This court believes a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real party in interest may file a response to the petition no later than September 19, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.

We GRANT relators' motion for temporary emergency relief and stay the production of cell phone data compelled under respondent's July 25, 2024 order, pending further order of this court.

It is so ORDERED
