AND NOW, this 10th day of February, 2010, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Pending Motions is GRANTED. The pending motions filed by Movant Carol Janney — specifically, (1) a motion to quash a subpoena issued against her; and (2) a motion for sanctions. — are hereby deemed withdrawn by her and no respondent shall not be required to respond to said motions.

The docket shall be kept open for 30 days in order to allow Respondents to file a motion agreed to by Movant Janney seeking further relief.
