STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING THE TIME FOR BELTWAY CAPITAL, LLC TO FILE A RESPONSE TO DEBTOR'S DISCLOSURE STATEMENT


Upon consideration of the Stipulation and Consent Motion to Extend the Time for Beltway Capital, LLC to File a Response to Debtor's Disclosure Statement (the "Stipulation"), filed herein by Beltway Capital, LLC ("Beltway"), with the consent of the Debtor, Edward J. Naworol (the "Debtor"), it is, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, hereby

ORDERED, that the deadline within which Beltway may file a responsive pleading and memorandum in opposition to the Debtor's Disclosure Statement [Docket No. 57] be extended to Tuesday, January 18, 2011.
