In re NATHANIEL L., a Person Coming Under the Juvenile Court Law. SACRAMENTO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. ALICIA P., Defendant and Appellant.


The opinion filed October 21, 2003, in the above cause is modified in the following respect:

On page 10, amend the sentence constituting the third paragraph so that it reads as follows:

Because DHHS had no specific information that the maternal grandfather had Indian heritage, other than the Blackfeet tribe to which notice was actually sent, notice to BIA was sufficient to comply with the Act.

This modification does not change the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
