Opinion

No. 05-08-00504-CV

Opinion issued April 30, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 304th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 05-01593-W.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this "application for writ of habeas corpus and dissolution of permanent injunction," relators seek the return of their children from the Child Protective Services. Relators' petition for writ of habeas corpus is deficient. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3. Additionally, based on the record before us, we conclude relators have failed to show they are entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relators' "application for writ of habeas corpus and dissolution of permanent injunction." See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
