DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Eugene Natale for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Natale was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 11, 1975, under the name Eugene V. Natale. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 1, 1995, Mr. Natale was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Eugene Natale does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
