ORDER


On October 29, 2004, this court issued an order to show cause why the following actions should not be dismissed without prejudice as to defendant Napster, Inc.:

AM Records, Inc. et al. v. Napster, Inc., No. C 99-5183 MHP

Leiber et al. v. Napster, Inc. et al., No. C 00-0074 MHP

Katz v. Napster, Inc. et al., No. C 00-4725 MHP

National Academy of Recording Arts Sciences v. Napster, Inc., No C 01-0926 MHP

Emusic.com, Inc. v. Napster, Inc., No. C 01-0939 MHP

Platinum Entertainment, Inc. et al. v. Napster, Inc., No. C 01-1412 MHP

Radio Spirits, Inc. v. Napster, Inc., No. C 01-2090 MHP

Fonovisa, Inc. v. Napster, Inc., No. C 01-2669 MHP

Rawkus Entertainment, LLC v. Napster, Inc., No C 01-3234 MHP Having failed to receive any response to the order to show cause, the court hereby orders that each of the actions listed above be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
