Appeal by Thomas X. B. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 27, 2021. Motion by the attorney for the child to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filled in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
