IN THE INTEREST OF N.A.F., M.J.F., AND O.J.F., CHILDREN
On Appeal from the 256th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF-15-01912
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Francis, and Justice Stoddart
Opinion by Chief Justice Wright
The clerk's record in this appeal was due July 18, 2017. On July 26, 2017, after being notified by Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre that appellant had not paid for the clerk's record, we directed appellant to provide, within ten days, written verification she had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the appeal being dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b). To date, appellant has not responded or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id., 42.3(b).
