DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent New York State Office of Children and Family Services, joined by the Orange County Department of Social Services, to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 20, 2011, and November 29, 2011, respectively. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 24, 2013, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 10, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
