ORDER ON EMERGENCY MOTION TO CONTINUE HEARING RE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
On the emergency motion filed by Cambridge Financial of California, LLC, the Court hereby continues the hearing on the Trustee's Notice of Intended Action re: Proposed Settlement Agreement with William P. Johnson and related parties from March 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to April 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. in Department 4. The continuation is granted in part upon the representations of Thomas C. Mundell that Cambridge will not take any steps in the meantime to further its efforts to foreclose upon any of the properties of the settling parties.
Cambridge may file a response to the Trustee's Combined Response. Cambridge's response shall be limited to 10-pages and must be filed no later than March 18, 2013. There shall be no further briefing on this matter.
