In re North Houston Pole Line, L.P. and Gerardo Pina

333rd District Court of Harris County Trial court case No: 2020-20144

ORDER

Julie Countiss, Judge

On June 5, 2024, relators, North Houston Pole Line, L.P. and Gerardo Pina, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's May 1, 2024 order that partially granted and partially denied their motion to compel non-party, Townsen Memorial Hospital's deposition and production of documents concerning its billing rates and charges.

Relators also filed a "Motion For Emergency Stay," "request[ing] that this Court stay [the June 10, 2024] trial in this case until th[e] Court has resolved th[e] mandamus action."

Relators' motion for emergency stay is denied.

It is so ORDERED.
