By letter dated March 4, 2009, this Court notified appellant that her brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file her brief, together with an extension motion, within ten days or the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellant has neither filed a brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3.
