DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated August 30, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated June 30, 2020, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated July 31, 2020, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated August 10, 2020, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by September 10, 2020. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
