MEMORANDUM OPINION


By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Rosalind B. Myers, seeks to compel the trial court to continue the trial of her underlying divorce to a date at least four months from February 18, 2008.

The underlying case is In the Matter of the Marriage of Jeffrey Gerald Myers and Rosalind Bernadette Myers, cause number 07-CV-155953, in the 328th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable Walter Armatys, presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
