ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. By postcard dated June 8, 2022, we notified Court Reporter Pamela Sumler that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the record within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and Ms. Sumler has not corresponded with the Court regarding the reporter's record.

So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Court Reporter Pamela Sumler to file the reporter's record within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order. Failure to comply with the Court's order may result in the Court taking action to ensure the reporter's record is timely filed, including an order that she not sit as a court reporter and ordering a hearing to determine when the record will be filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to:
