Appeal from Johnson District Court; Kathleen L. Sloan, Judge.
Dennis J. Stanchik, of Olathe, for appellant natural father. Steven J. Obermeier, assistant district attorney, and Stephen M. Howe, district attorney, for appellee.
Before ARNOLD–BURGER, P.J., GREEN, J., and HEBERT, S.J.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

B.W., the natural father of M.W. and D.W. appeals from the trial court's decision terminating his parental rights. On appeal, B.W. contends that the evidence was insufficient to terminate his parental rights.

We have reviewed the record on appeal and determine that Judge Kathleen L. Sloan, in her thorough memorandum decision, dated April 24, 2012, has so ably discussed this claim of error that we affirm under Supreme Court Rule 7.042 (2012 Kan. Ct. Annot. 63).
