ORDER

AND NOW, this 26th day of April, 2018, it is hereby ORDERED that, based upon an agreement of the parties, the Petition for Relief filed by the Judicial Conduct Board on April 3, 2018 is GRANTED. The live testimony of Judge Arthur Zulick and Brenda Murray may be presented via audio-video communication in order to allow the witnesses to remain in the Monroe County Courthouse during the trial in the above-captioned matter.
