IN THE MATTER OF WILLIAM P. MUNDAY AN ATTORNEY AT LAW (ATTORNEY NO. 023871980)
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 22-191 concluding that William P. Munday of Morristown, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, should be censured for violating RPC 3.1 (engaging in frivolous litigation); RPC 3.3(a)(1) (making a false statement of material fact to a tribunal) (three instances); RPC 8.4(a) (violating or attempt- ing to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct); RPC 8.4(c) (engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation) (three instances); and RPC 8.4(d) (engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice);
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that William P. Munday is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
