ORDER
This order addresses several motions recently filed by the parties. The court rules as follows:
1. Appellee's Objection and Motion to Strike Appellant's Supplemental Brief and Supplemental Record References Document (filed April 25, 2017) is DENIED.
2. Appellant's Opposed Motion for (2 Day) Extension of Time to File Reply Brief (filed April 27, 2017) is GRANTED.
3. Appellee's Opposed Motion for Leave to File Surreply (filed April 28,
2017) is GRANTED; any surreply must be filed on or before May 19, 2017.
4. Appellant's Response to Appellee's Objection and Motion to Strike and, Appellant's Opposed Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Brief (filed May 3, 2017) is GRANTED to the extent it seeks leave to file the supplemental brief and DENIED to the extent it asks the court to reconsider the denial of oral argument.
5. Appellee's Objection and Motion to Strike Appellant's Attachment (filed May 5, 2017) will be CARRIED WITH THE CASE.
