ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE

In accordance with the Court's opinion issued this date, the petition for writ of mandamus is conditionally GRANTED. The Court ORDERS the trial judge, the Honorable Andrea Martin Lane, of the 304th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas, to VACATE the October 5, 2021 order striking relators' petition in intervention. We VACATE the stay granted in our September 28, 2021 order.

We further ORDER the trial judge to file with this Court, within twenty (20) days of the date of this order, a certified copy of her order issued in compliance with this order. Should the trial court fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue.
