ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating the appellant's parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. The notice of appeal was filed on May 2, 2013; therefore, the reporter's record is due to be filed on May 13, 2013. The court reporter has filed a notification of late record requesting additional time to file the record. Pursuant to Rule 35.3(c) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, an extension of time to file a reporter's record in an accelerated appeal may not exceed ten days. TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c). It is therefore ORDERED that the court reporter's request is GRANTED IN PART. The reporter's record must be filed in this appeal no later than May 23, 2013.
