Opinion

No. 05-09-00732-CV

Opinion issued July 6, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 282nd Criminal District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F07-55832HS.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and FILLMORE.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus naming the district attorney, attorney general, and United States attorney as respondents. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. As relator has previously been advised, this Court does not have mandamus jurisdiction over these individuals. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of habeas corpus for want of jurisdiction. The Court further cautions relator that frivolous filings may lead to sanctions. See Tex. R. App. P. 45.
