An order of this Court having been entered on August 8, 2017(M-2802) granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from the Order of Fact-Finding and the Order of Disposition of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 23, 2017 and March 28, 2017, respectively, and assigning Steven N. Feinman, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and a motion having been made to relieve such counsel, and to withdraw the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of Steven N. Feinman, Esq., as assigned counsel and deeming the appeal withdrawn.
