DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Rae Leigh Moore, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 12, 2005, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Rae L. Voss.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Rae Leigh Moore to Rae L. Voss, effective immediately.
