MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators, Montrose Business Interests, LLC d/b/a Bayou City Bar & Grill and McCathern, PLLC, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking an order compelling the trial court to (1) vacate a protective order and (2) order an expert to appear at trial.
The underlying proceeding is An Hong Nguyen and Thuy Thi Thanh Vo v. Matthew Barajas, Montrose Business Interests, LLC d/b/a Bayou City Bar & Grill, Grant Street Beverage LLC d/b/a Bayou City Bar & Grill, cause number 2013-25001, in the 61st Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Erin Lunceford presiding. --------
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
