IN THE INTEREST OF M.M.S., A MINOR CHILD

On Appeal from the 305th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. JC-21-01219-X

ORDER

EMILY MISKEL JUSTICE

Because appellant's brief contains sensitive data, it does not meet the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9(a)(3). In particular, the brief contains the names of minor children.

Consequently, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed on December 19, 2023 and ORDER appellant to file, within SIX DAYS of the date of this order, a brief that conforms with rule 9.9. The brief may be redacted by using initials in place of the minor children's names. See id. 9.9(a),(c).
