IN THE INTEREST OF M.M.J., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-54891-2019

Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Molberg, and Justice Smith

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, we AFFIRM the trial court's May 16, 2022 order requiring appellant to pay costs for the appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to file, by July 28, 2022, written verification that she has paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's and reporter's records. We caution appellant that failure to provide written verification regarding the clerk's record within the time specified may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). We further caution appellant that should she provide written verification of payment for the clerk's record but not for the reporter's record, the Court may order that the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. See id. 37.3(c).

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Lynne Finley, Collin County District Clerk; Stephanie Hunn, Official Court Reporter for the 469th Judicial District Court; and, all parties.
