ORDER
This cause is before the Court on pro se Appellant's motion for rehearing. The Court issued a memorandum opinion and judgment on December 4, 2024, dismissing the appeal for want of prosecution.
Having fully considered Appellant's motion and Appellee's response, the Court is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, Appellant's motion should be granted.
Accordingly, we grant Appellant's motion for rehearing, withdraw our previous memorandum opinion and judgment, and reinstate the appeal on the Court's docket. The Appellant states in her motion that she has already prepared her appellate brief and is ready to promptly file it should the Court reinstate the case. Consequently, the Appellant's brief will be due on or before December 19, 2024.
