ORDER

On April 5, 2016, the Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for the child, who is the subject of the trial court's order, filed a motion to stay the effect of the trial court's order granting C.B.'s Petition for Adoption dated March 29, 2016. Rule 109.002(c) of the Texas Family Code provides that an "appellate court, on a proper showing, may permit the order be suspended." See TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. § 109.002(c) (West 2014).

The court requests all parties file a response to the motion to stay. If any of the parties choose to file a response, the response must be filed no later than April 18 , 2016. We ORDER that the trial court's order is STAYED until further notice from this court.

We also GRANT Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem's Motion to Seal or Maintain Confidentiality of Sensitive Information and ORDER all further proceedings filed in this matter be filed in accordance with Rule 9.9(c) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.9(c) (redaction and retention requirements of sensitive data).
