IN THE INTEREST OF M.J.E., A CHILD,

From the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2009-EM5-04650 Honorable Cynthia Marie Chapa, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice.

On January 4, 2022, appellants filed their notice of appeal. This is not an accelerated appeal; therefore, the clerk's record and reporter's record are due February 3, 2022. On January 24, 2022, Ms. Judith Stewart, the court reporter responsible for preparing and filing the reporter's record in this appeal, filed a notification of late record, stating appellants are not entitled to appeal without paying her fee and have failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter's record. Ms. Stewart stated the reporter's record would be filed within seven days of payment.

We ORDER appellants to provide written proof to this court no later than February 4, 2022 that either (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee; or (2) appellants are entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee. If appellants fail to respond within the time provided, this court will only consider those issues or points raised in appellants' brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
