IN THE INTEREST OF M.J., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 303rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-12-07286

ORDER

CORY L. CARLYLE, JUSTICE

Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.4, Lisa G. Garza, appellant's trial counsel, has filed a notice informing the Court that she is not representing appellant on appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.4. Because Ms. Garza signed the notice of appeal on behalf of appellant, we construe the notice as a motion to withdraw. See id. 6.1, 6.5.

We DENY the motion for noncompliance but without prejudice to refiling a compliant motion. See id. 6.5.
