In re Parole of Mark William Miller

LC No. 21-003935-AP

Douglas B. Shapiro Presiding Judge Jane E. Markey James Robert Redford Judges

ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro Presiding Judge

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion for peremptory reversal pursuant DENIED.

The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.

Shapiro, P.J., would peremptorily reverse or grant leave to appeal as the trial judge failed to afford any deference to the Parole Board's decision and instead substituted his judgment for that of the Board.
