In the MATTER OF Howard A. MILLER, an Attorney at Law (Attorney No. 021901987)


ORDER The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-189, concluding that Howard A. Miller of Teaneck, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1987, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.15(d) (failure to comply with recordkeeping requirements), and RPC 8.1(b) (failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities); And the Disciplinary Review Board having determined that respondent should be required to cooperate immediately with the Office of Attorney Ethics in respect of all pending recordkeeping directives and to complete two attorney-recordkeeping courses and a course in law office management approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within ninety days after the Court's Order;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Howard A. Miller is hereby reprimanded; and it is further

ORDERED that Howard A. Miller shall cooperate immediately with the Office of Attorney Ethics in respect of all pending recordkeeping directives and shall complete two courses in attorney recordkeeping and a course in law office management approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within ninety days after the Court's Order; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
