By order of May 16, 2000, the complaint for superintending control and the motion for a stay were considered and taken under advisement.

On order of the Court, comparable relief having been granted by Administrative Orders 2000-2 and 2000-5, the complaint for superintending control is DISMISSED. The motion for a stay is DENIED as moot.
