Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 15, 2005, relator Saundra Lee Micklos filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court, requesting we compel respondent, the Honorable Martha Hill Jamison, to vacate her order overruling relator's supplemental plea to the jurisdiction and motion to vacate an order reinstating the underlying personal injury suit. See TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004); see also TEX. R. APP. P. 52.1. However, relator's petition fails to comply with the Rules of Appellate Procedure in that it was not accompanied by an affidavit verifying the factual statements. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.3 ("All factual statements in the petition must be verified by affidavit. . . ."). Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
