MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

This appeal is from an order signed February 2, 2024. No clerk's record has been filed. On March 25, 2024, the trial court held a hearing regarding appellant's indigency status. On August 22, 2024, we received the trial court's written order denying appellant's indigency status.

On November 14, 2024, appellant was ordered to demonstrate to this court that arrangements have been made to pay for the clerk's record within 10 days. Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c). In the order, we notified appellant that failure to comply with the court's order would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). No response was filed.

Appellant has not provided this court with proof of payment for the record. We dismiss the appeal.
