ORDER

KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's February 26, 2024 second motion for extension of time to file her brief. Appellant seeks a three-week extension, to March 18, explaining the clerk's record is incomplete and she has requested the record be supplemented.

We note the deadline for filing appellant's brief is not triggered until the appellate record is complete. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we ORDER Collin County District Clerk Michael Gould to file the requested supplemental clerk's record no later than March 4, 2024 and RESET the deadline for the filing of appellant's brief to March 18, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Gould and the parties.
