This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 284228, styled, MG Building Materials, Ltd. v. Moses Lopez Custom Homes, Inc., pending in the County Court at Law No. 2, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable David J. Rodriguez presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On May 19, 2004, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On June 11, 2004, real party in interest filed a response to the petition. Relator subsequently filed a reply to real party's response on June 22, 2004. The court has considered relator's petition, real party's response, and relator's reply brief, and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
