IN THE INTEREST OF M.F.M., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 222nd District Court Deaf Smith County, Texas
Trial Court No. DR-14L-171, Honorable Roland D. Saul, Presiding

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before QUINN, C.J., and CAMPBELL and PIRTLE, JJ.

Appellant Manuel Mendez filed a notice of appeal but did not pay the filing fee. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5. By letter of March 15, 2016, we notified Mr. Mendez the filing fee had not been paid, and further notified him that the appeal would be subject to dismissal if he failed to pay the fee within ten days. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c).

Mr. Mendez has not paid the filing fee or filed any response to our March 15 letter. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed because of Mr. Mendez's failure to comply with a requirement of the Rules of Appellate Procedure. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c).
