IN THE INTEREST OF M.F.C., R.E.C., AND O.S.H.T., Children

From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023PA01178 Honorable Kimberly Burley, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 15, 2024, appellant filed a notice of appeal stating her intent to appeal a final order of termination signed on or about July 3, 2024. The clerk's record was filed on July 25, 2024; however, it does not contain an order terminating appellant's parental rights. Generally, "an appeal may be prosecuted only from a final judgment." N.E. Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Aldridge, 400 S.W.2d 893, 895 (Tex. 1966). Because no final order has been entered in the underlying case, appellant is ORDERED to show cause in writing by August 9, 2024, why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Alternatively, appellant is ORDERED to cause a supplemental clerk's record containing a signed final order to be filed in this court by August 9, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
