This proceeding arises in connection with cause number 2022CI02809, styled Paul Rodriquez v. John Kampmann Meyer, pending in the 73rd District Court of Bexar County, Texas.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On January 10, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion to stay trial. This court believes a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and real party in interest, may file responses to the petition no later than February 12, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.

We GRANT relator's motion for emergency relief and ORDER that the trial in the underlying matter, Cause No. 2022CI02809, styled Paul Rodriquez v. John Kampmann Meyer, in the 73rd District Court of Bexar County, Texas is hereby STAYED.

We ORDER Relator provide this court with the trial court's order granting Plaintiffs motion to exclude and the testimony of Dr. Brian Sullivan.

It is so ORDERED on January 12, 2024.
