ORDER ALLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS OF PHOENIX AMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
Upon consideration of the Request for Payment of Administrative Expenses ("Request") in the amounts of $154,046.30 as a Chapter 11 expense and $75,662.80 as a Chapter 7 expense, filed by Phoenix American Life Insurance Company ("Phoenix") [docket 9400], and the Objection of Deborah H. Devan, Chapter 7 Trustee ("Trustee") thereto [docket 9413], and it appearing to the Court by the signatures of counsel for Phoenix and the Trustee that the parties have settled the contested matter by allowing certain administrative expense claims in reduced amounts with respect to the Request, and it further appearing that the settlement is subject to such notice to creditors and other parties-in-interest as may be required by the Court, thereupon it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED, that Phoenix shall have two allowed administrative claims in this proceeding in the total amount of $103,500.00, consisting of an allowed Chapter 11 administrative claim of $69,345.00 and a Chapter 7 administrative claim of $34,155.00; and it is further
ORDERED, upon this Order becoming final and non-appealable, the Trustee is authorized to satisfy the allowed claims by payment to Phoenix.
