ORDER

PER CURIAM :

AND NOW, this 18th day of April, 2012, John Milton Merritt having surrendered his license to practice law with disciplinary proceedings pending in the State of Oklahoma by Order of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma dated June 27, 2011; the said John Milton Merritt having been directed on November 10, 2011, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that John Milton Merritt is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
