This 15th day of April 2013, the Court has received Melvin Meredith's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. This Court has no original jurisdiction to issue a writ of habeas corpus. Accordingly, the petition must be dismissed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for a writ of habeas corpus is hereby DISMISSED.
