ORDER APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COALITION FOR COURT ACCESS

The Coalition for Court Access acts as a legal aid organization that develops and implements a statewide plan to improve the availability and quality of access to civil legal services for persons of limited means. The Supreme Court appoints members to the Coalition from areas of practice and the bar pursuant to Indiana Rule of Professional Conduct 6.6(b).
The term of Jon Laramore, Executive Director, Indiana Legal Services, Inc., ended on June 30, 2022. The term of Amy Horton, former Executive Director, Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, ended on June 30, 2021.
To replace Jon Laramore, the Court appoints Adam Mueller, Executive Director, Indiana Justice Project, to serve until June 30, 2025. To replace Amy Horton, the Court appoints Jon Laramore to serve until June 30, 2024. Both appointments are for representatives of civil legal assistance organizations pursuant to Rule 6.6(b)(1)(C).
The Court also appoints Scott Barnhart, of the Indiana State Bar Association, to replace Carl Pebworth, of the Indianapolis Bar Association, as a representative of a local or minority bar association, pursuant to Rule 6.6(b)(1)(D). The term of Carl Pebworth ended on June 30, 2021. Scott Barnhart shall serve until June 30, 2024.
The Court appoints David Pruitt, of Notre Dame Law School, to replace Judy Fox, of Notre Dame Law School, as a representative of an Indiana law school pursuant to Rule 6.6(b) (1)(E). The term of Judy Fox ended on June 30, 2021. David Pruitt shall serve until June 30, 2024. The Court thanks all former committee members for their dedication and service.
